Vintage Sterling Silver 925 Saint Brigid's Cross Pendant
Brigid’s Cross (also known as Brighid’s Cross or St. Brigit’s Cross) is a traditional Irish symbol crafted to protect the home from evil, fire, and hunger. Usually woven from fresh rushes, it is a small cross with a distinctive design: a central square from which four equal arms extend at right angles. It is traditionally hung on doors and rafters—most often in the kitchen—where it serves as a powerful ward against fire and malevolent forces.
